DETAILED DESIGN - THE REFINEMENTS Expand and refine your vision with our Detailed Design service, which builds on the foundations to deliver detailed plans and partial execution.

  • Detailed architectural plans, including refined elevations, mechanical, and lighting plans.

  • Comprehensive development of floor plans, color palettes, material selections, and refined finishes.

  • A curated list of furnishings and decor with a detailed furniture layout to optimize space utilization.

  • Procurement options through Lisa Ellis Design or the Legacy Program at Hawthorne House for phased implementation.

Prestige

FULL DESIGN - COMPREHENSIVE Realize your vision with our Full Design service, where every detail is managed from concept to completion for a seamless and cohesive result.

  • All elements of the Conceptual and Detailed Design services.

  • Collaboration with general contractors and subcontractors for construction projects, fostering a team-based approach to ensure harmony between architectural and design elements.

  • Complete management of interiors and decorating projects, overseeing every aspect of the design and styling process.

  • Full procurement and delivery of all furnishings and decor, handled exclusively by Lisa Ellis Design.

  • On-site supervision during installation and meticulous final styling to align every detail with your vision.

  • Management of all installations, including lighting, art, furnishings, window treatments, and decorative items, ensuring every element is perfectly placed.
